Website information
This website presents Duman Hotel’s rooms and services. Information and photographs are provided for presentation purposes. Please check availability, the facilities of your chosen room category and included services before confirming a booking. If you notice a discrepancy, ask the hotel for clarification before relying on that information.
Booking and confirmation
Online bookings are made through the official Stayntouch booking engine. Select your dates, number of guests and room category. Before completing your booking, check the total amount, currency, applicable taxes, included services, payment and cancellation terms, and the details you entered. A booking is confirmed by the confirmation message issued for it. A special request is guaranteed only if confirmed by the hotel.
Payment, changes and cancellation
The terms of the selected offer, displayed before booking and included in your confirmation, apply. Different offers may have different conditions. Do not assume that every booking can be cancelled free of charge. For changes, cancellation or no-show, consult your confirmation and contact the hotel, quoting your booking number. Any refund is determined by the booking terms and applicable law. If a condition is not sufficiently clear, ask the hotel for written confirmation before booking.
Right of withdrawal
The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to non-residential accommodation services provided on a specific date or during a specific period, under Article 16(l) of Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014. This exception does not remove cancellation rights expressly granted by the booked offer.
Conditions of your stay
Check-in and check-out times and rules concerning children, pets and additional services must be communicated by the hotel before booking and confirmed for your chosen stay. Contact the hotel if anything is unclear. The communicated rules cannot restrict consumers’ statutory rights.
Complaints
For direct resolution, send the hotel a description of the situation, your booking number and the details needed to respond. You may contact ANPC and consult the alternative dispute resolution (SAL) procedure. Access to the competent authorities and courts remains unrestricted.
Content and updates
Use this website lawfully, provide accurate information and do not attempt to disrupt its operation. Content is protected under applicable law. No provision excludes liability that cannot legally be limited. Updates apply prospectively and do not retrospectively change the conditions of a confirmed booking.
